  • 3.2. By submitting User Content, you grant Coinscribble a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in any and all media.
  • 3.3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to submit the User Content and that the User Content does not violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

  • 4.2. Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.

Coinscribble may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
